About FCC

We built the company we wanted to work for.

A fiber construction partner built around the clients who fund the work and the crews who put it in the ground. Two decades of operator experience behind every job, and a standard that does not bend to convenience.

Our Story

We built FCC for the clients and the crews who deserve better.

We started FCC because we have spent two decades watching this industry get done halfway, and we built something better for the clients who fund the work and for the crews who put it in the ground. The people writing the checks deserve a partner that meets their schedule and their standard without negotiating either one down to whatever is convenient, and the people doing the labor deserve a company that treats them like the reason any of this exists.

We believe in people, and we are entrepreneurs because we love the work of building systems and companies around the people who actually run them. The deepest satisfaction we get from this business comes from watching a new hire grow into a foreman who builds his own crew, watching that crew take ownership of a program they were once just assigned to, and watching everyone involved go further than they expected to when they first walked onto a job site. That is the kind of growth that gets us out of bed in the morning, and it is the only kind of growth we have ever found that holds up over time.

We lead by example because we have seen what happens to companies when leadership does not, and we have committed to building people up and giving back to the communities and crews that make this work possible, because those commitments are not negotiable for us. The reason we have stayed in this industry as long as we have is the people in it, and FCC is the kind of company that earns the loyalty of the clients we serve and the team that serves them.

Mission & Values

How We Show Up On Every Build.

Safety First

OSHA 30, NESC, and MUTCD compliance baked into every JSA. We don't cut corners with our crews or the public.

Schedule Integrity

If we put a date in your project plan, we hit it. Daily reporting, weekly program reviews, and honest escalation when conditions change.

Engineering Discipline

GIS-tracked construction, OTDR-certified splices, audit-ready as-builts. Every deliverable is documented before it's handed over.

People First

Promotions from the field, real growth paths, and crews who own their work. We hire for talent and develop for the long haul, because the company only goes as far as the people running it.

Leadership

The team running FCC.

FCC is run day to day by its President and Vice President: a licensed contractor with two decades in the field, and a field-driven operator who keeps crews and mobilization on schedule, alongside a 20-year infrastructure veteran leading business development.

Nathan Goldstein, President of FCC
