Does Fiber Construction Company hire subcontractors?
Yes. FCC builds outside plant fiber nationwide with vetted subcontract crews. We contract subs for aerial construction, underground and HDD, fiber placement, fusion splicing and testing, and OSP engineering. Get on the bid list through the form on this page and we call you when a program mobilizes in your coverage area.
What trades does FCC subcontract?
Directional boring and HDD, plowing and trenching, conduit placement, aerial strand and lash, make-ready, fiber pulling, fusion splicing, OTDR testing, FTTx drops, and site restoration. OSP engineering and permitting support is also subcontracted on some programs.
What does a subcontractor need to work with FCC?
A current certificate of insurance with $2M general liability, a W-9, and references. Crews must follow OSHA, NESC, and MUTCD requirements on every job. Lien waivers are exchanged with payment on each invoice.
Where does FCC have work?
FCC operates nationwide. Tell us the markets your crews actually cover when you get on the bid list, and when a build lands in your area the crews on file get the first call.
How do subcontractors get paid?
Subs invoice through a dedicated submission link, invoices are reviewed and approved in our project system, and payment follows the agreed terms with lien waivers exchanged. No pay-when-paid surprises buried in fine print.
